If you are not happy with your purchase, we want to make it right. Please
see our return conditions below:
Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery date.
Items must be new, unworn and in its original condition and packaging
with labels attached.
No refunds or exchanges on “sale” items or “discontinued” items.
Must be purchased from our website to be eligible for a refund. If
purchased at one of our retailers, please return the item to that location.
We do not provide lifetime guarantee on items. We are not responsible
for normal wear and tear of products
Please allow 7-10 business days to process your return from the time we
receive your item.
If an item arrives damaged, please contact us within 2 business days of
arrival to report a claim with the shipping carrier
We are not responsible for items lost in transit. Please contact delivery
carrier for resolution.
Original shipping charges, duties and taxes are non-refundable
Processing fee of $5.00 will be deducted from the return. (If outside US,
customer will be responsible for the full return fee, duties and taxes).
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping to return your
items and must use a carrier that provides a tracking number. Retain your
tracking number in the event there is an issue receiving your return.
If an item is refused and returned to us, a restocking fee of $5.00, original
shipping fee, and return fee will be deducted from your refund
